Midwest Pest Control is looking for an office manager to work remotely from home. This position is 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday with overtime available but not required. Answering phone calls and emails from existing customers, proving quotes to new prospects, scheduling, routing technicians, processing payments and basic reporting are the main duties.
Qualifications:
Candidates must be able to assist customers over the phone, provide quotes via email and over the phone, coordinate appointments and services, and process service-related tasks via software.
Experience preferred but will train. Must be able to multitask, have good customer service, work on computers, and able to answer multiple phone calls.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and remotely
We are very flexible and would consider part-time to the right person if that is what they need. Full-time is perferred.
