Job Overview:
Olympic Supply Company, an award winning trusted name in the bicycle industry and family run company, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time or Part-Time Warehouse Workers to join our team. This is a physically active role focused on morning shifts, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders in a timely manner.
Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, counting, and organizing incoming shipments.
Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean and orderly by stocking and rotating products as needed.
Shipping and Receiving: Prepare outgoing shipments and assist with unloading and sorting deliveries.
Quality Control: Inspect products for accuracy and damage before shipping.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and best practices when handling products and equipment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and handling repetitive tasks.
Ability to climb ladders and safely retrieve items from high shelves.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Basic computer skills for processing orders and inventory tracking.
Schedule and Compensation:
Hours: MUST BE AVAILABLE MONDAYS NO MATTER WHAT
Competitive hourly wage based on experience. Starting $16-20/hr with merit increase within 3 months for good performance!
