We are a small but fast-growing property management office looking to add a high quality property maintenance repair technician to our team. This person must be reliable, honest, trustworthy, punctual, hard-working, and able to respond quickly and often with a sense of urgency. Must have experience with a variety of repair and maintenance issues. Must have your own tools and reliable transportation with cell phone/internet capabilities to receive and respond to work orders.
Some duties include but not limited to, unit turn around, making rent-ready, rekey/lock change, cleanout/trashout, leaky faucets, painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, Furnace/AC, landscaping, snow removal, grass cutting, gutter cleanouts, garage repairs, floor/wall repairs, etc.
Must respond quickly and often, must be able to communicate with internal/external customers at all levels, with strong work ethic, and treat everyone with respect while maintaining professional image.
