We are a growing Property Management Company in Wisconsin and we are searching for a property& equipment maintenance member to join our team. If you have the ability to use power tools and hands tools, the ability to work safely and efficiently,enjoy a challenge and a job well-done, have a valid drivers' license and reliable transportation we want to talk to you!
The ideal candidate has an aptitude to work with their hands, is self-motivated, mechanically inclined,and exercises strong common sense. We are willing to train on the job!
Specific duties for this position include:
Customer Service Skills including professional, prompt and courteous interactions with residents, co-workers, and vendors
Installing faucets, shower heads, toilets, etc.
Installing light fixtures, electrical outlet covers and switch plates, etc.
Painting
Caulking
Demolition and general remodel
Move equipment and material, assist with concrete work, removal and installation of the windows, remove and replace counter tops
Light plumbing
Drywall repair
Landscaping/snow removal/pest control
General maintenance and operation of equipment owned and operated by American Rentals LLC
