We are currently looking for on site managers to live at and take care of an apartment complex.
If you like working outside and working with people this is a great fit for you!
Job hours have no set schedule and are flexible around other obligations!
Job duties can include: Working with tenants and prospective tenants, cutting grass, snow removal, minor maintenance
No experience necessary! Training is provided.
Pay is through a large monthly rent reduction and additional hourly pay when applicable
All employees must live on property in one of our newly updated 2 bedroom units. All employees must qualify for tenancy.
