Job Description:
Looking for someone who is self-driven, enthusiastic, hard-working, and enjoys meeting and talking to people. Schedule is flexible with gaurenteed 40 hours per week. Company portfolio consists of residential apartments within the greater Milwaukee area.
Responsibilities Include:
-Generating leads via various sites, such as: Appfolio, Craiglist, Facebook Marketplace, etc
-Maintaining, auditing, and modifying listings according to portfolio changes
-Managing incoming leads
-Responding to calls, voicemails, and emails regarding rental inquiries
-Fielding questions, providing apartment recommendations, and scheduling personal showings
-Driving to apartment buildings and conducting showings with prospective residents
-Reaching or exceeding individual rental goals
-Conducting move in and move out appointments with residents
-Assisting in general building inspections/walk-throughs during downtime
Compensation:
-Base salary plus commission per unit rented
Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
-Ability to work weekends with a flexible schedule
-Act in professional and friendly manner
-Prior experience in real estate not required, but interest in real estate is a must!
