Private (Family Business) Landlord seeking help with Property Management.
We have 22 duplexes on the mid-north side of Milwaukee.
We manage these ourselves but looking for someone to help out here and there.
You would be paid as an independent contractor by the week/by the job.
The potential jobs would include:
- Monitoring phone for tenant inquiries/requests/calls
- Coordinate needed repairs with a maintenance tech
- Working on apartment turnovers/showings/applications/leasing
- Monitoring condition of property and grounds
- Minor upkeep/cleaning
Monitoring the phone/coordinating with tenants &maintenance techs would be "on-call" but would probably provide about 2 hours per week of actual on-the-phone work (mostly texting).
Willing to pay $100/week for phone work.
The other jobs would be more "as needed" and flexible scheduling (maybe 10 hours in a week max) and would be willing to pay up to $25/hour depending on work load.
