KARD needs a Secretary/Administrative Assistant—ideal for college students looking to learn about business from the inside. The ideal candidate would be pleasant in dealing with the public, customer-friendly, well-organized, and a problem solver who loves using a PC, email, Word, Excel, and Quickbooks DESKTOP (NOT Quickbooks ONLINE). We will train you on our time-proven procedures and processes, so be committed to continuous learning. The ideal candidate would be a self-starting, reliable, trustworthy, quick learner who likes organization and organizing things.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email (Gmail), and Chrome browser. Know Your Keyboard Shortcuts. Knowledge of Southeastern Wisconsin is helpful.

FLEXIBLY Work Part—or Full-time from 25-40 hours per week—Monday through Thursday and some Fridays. Usually, the starting time is 7:30 AM, and you are done by 3:30 PM on most days, but parents with school-aged children can opt for school-friendly hours, too.
Starting pay from $15 to $18 per hour is based on matched experience and demonstrated abilities during your first four months. This role works in our office in New Berlin. A comprehensive background check and pre-employment/tenure drug screening are required. No benefits except profit-sharing are provided after one year. Internship eligibility for highly motivated, right, and bright students.
