The Kellogg PEAK Initiative is seeking full-time summer seasonal counselors to join our Day Camp team in Milwaukee, WI and our Overnight Camp team in Boscobel, WI. We are looking for a diverse team of people to provide an incredible leadership development experience for our campers this summer. Regardless of career path, our summer staff gain leadership and professional skills that will serve them for the rest of their lives, such as communication, flexibility, creativity, problem solving, and relationship-building.
Starting at $650/week for counselors at Lake Valley Camp (housing and meals are included). Increased rate of pay for counselors who are hired to take on additional responsibilities, such as Program Counselors who lead activities such as Boating, Archery, Teambuilding, etc.
Starting at $650/week for counselors in Milwaukee.
Increased rate of pay for positions with increased responsibilities at both sites.
