Snow shoveling help

I am looking for someone to assist me with snow shoveling during this upcoming winter. I provide the shovels. The property is on 53rd Street one block north of Vliet in Milwaukee. I am looking for someone who can help with the bigger snowfalls. It would be a team effort with both of us working together to shoveling the driveway, sidewalk and porch. I pay $25-$30 an hour plus tips. I'm looking for a reliable person who I would communicate with prior to each snowfall based on what is forecast in the latest weather report.
