Job Description:
We are hiring a Skid Steer Operator to assist our paving crew. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a team-oriented environment. You'll play a key role in preparing and completing paving projects while learning valuable construction skills.
Responsibilities:
Operate a skid steer safely and efficiently to assist with paving and site preparation.
Perform manual labor tasks such as raking asphalt, shoveling materials, and cleaning job sites.
Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance on the skid steer.
Follow safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
Support team members with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating a skid steer or similar equipment is strongly preferred.
Ability to handle physical labor in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
A proactive and dependable work ethic with attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
