POSITION OVERVIEW

At Retrospekt, we restore vintage items to look and perform like they did in their prime as well as provide new products that fit under the umbrella of analog and nostalgia. Our staff takes great pride in carefully and accurately packing and shipping customers’ orders in a timely manner. We’re looking for a flexible, eager-to-learn individual who can assist our Pick and Pack department by succeeding in this task.

Seasonal Fulfillment Associates are responsible for helping package and ship orders, completing inventory management tasks, and helping to maintain the overall organization of our order fulfillment department.

This seasonal position requires part-time availability. We are seeking candidates who can work up to 24 hours per week during our normal operating hours (Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm; Friday 8:00am-4:00pm). Preference will be given to candidates who have availability on Mondays from 8am-4:30pm.

The term of employment will begin on Monday, November 4. The position will end no later than Friday, January 10, with the actual end date being subject to change based on the company’s needs.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

Processing, packaging, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently

Organizing stock and maintaining inventory

Operating warehouse equipment including carts, dollies, and pallet jacks to move merchandise about our facility

Following up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) to qualify for this position. Prior experience working in order fulfillment is preferred, but not required.

The ideal candidate will:

Have excellent oral communication skills

Be generally proficient and comfortable working on a computer

Be able to accurately multitask, maintain great attention to detail, and stay organized while packaging customer orders

Be willing to receive and apply constructive feedback, especially during training

Enjoy working both independently and as a group
