Local construction company is expanding once again. We are looking to hire rough carpenters/drywallers/finish carpenters/concrete laborers and finishers and salespeople. If you have experience in the construction trades we would like to talk with you.
We are currently growing our business to expand across the state and have several projects booked throughout the year.
Very little time away from a project as we like to keep our employees and subcontractors and crews as busy as they want to be. There will be sign on bonuses paid once we determine that you or your crew is a good fit for us. (Typically after the 90 day mark). This gives us the employer and you the employee/contractor time to get to know each other.
Pay will be determined on availability and experience. We will train the right candidate as long as you have the willingness to learn and become part of a winning team.
Professionalism on the job site is a must.
Reliability is paramount
Able to work independently as well as part of a team is important.
Ability to read blue prints
Contractor Dweller and Certifier credential a Plus
Liability Insurance a Plus
Tools, Transportation and a Smartphone are necessary
Hours and jobs are flexible work as much or a little as you want. Preference will be given to those who are available for projects as they available.
