We primarily work the southern half of Milwaukee County. Located near 76th & Oklahoma
MINIMUM of 1 years of VERIFIABLE work history in professional Lawn Care & Landscaping
RELIABILITY IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! YOU MUST BE RELIABLE AND WILL COME TO WORK EVERY DAY, ON TIME AND STAY TILL THE WORK IS DONE! Possible $40 per week bonus for attendance.
Must have a solid work history. Not a job hopper.
35-40 hours per week. Monday – Friday
YOU ARE PAID TO SPEED WALK.
The first 2-3 days of the week a 2-man team mows 13-19 residential lawns per day with self-propelled walk behinds.
At the end of the week, we do landscaping.
Must have Unrestricted valid State of Wisconsin License (must be verifiable) with a relatively clean record
This is a fast-paced job that requires A LOT OF COMMON SENSE! YOU MUST BE A MATURE ADULT.
Must be physically fit. Able to lift up to 85lb on occasion.
Good attitude
Completes tasks in a timely manner. Strong work ethic and sense of urgency. NO SLACKERS!
Takes pride in work, is detail oriented, does it right the first time in a professional fashion.
Good communication skills: following instructions, listening.
Must be able to learn
Have adult skills; Able find job sites, Mechanical knowledge a plus, Can you use tools? Fix a toilet? Change oil?
Random Drug testing - don't care about THC along as it is not on the job.

STARTING at $17-$19 per hour. THIS INCLUDES YOUR $1 PER HOUR ATTENDANCE BONUS - depending on work history, skill level, and experience.
RAISES CAN COME FAST DEPENDING ON reliability, speed, quality of work, attitude, how much hand holding you need and knowledge. We pay up to $22 per hour. The smarter you work, the more you make!
