We have upcoming residential and commercial roofing jobs coming up as well as residential siding.
We are looking for general laborers and an individual skilled in roofing/siding installation. FULL OR PART TIME positions are available. We work through the winter on construction, however you may not be called into work in inclement weather during the regular construction season, for example because of rain. We also landscape 5 acres and anyone interested could do yard work, hand mowing, blowing etc. on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
Qualified individuals MUST HAVE reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. You will report to work at the job site or at the Waukesha shop location. We provide on the job training.
Primary responsibilities include assisting with roofing and siding work including tear off, installation, and cleanup. Additional responsibilities include yard work and light equipment maintenance at our Waukesha location.
We have an impeccable reputation in Waukesha County as a result of our quality workmanship and attention to detail. We currently have a backlog of work. We welcome individuals that take pride in their accomplishments.
Salary and the potential for a bonus will be based on performance.
