To that end, we are seeking associates with high potential who have a desire to work hard, keep our surrounding areas free of junk and clutter, enjoy the benefits of outside work with great people AND have an opportunity to find treasure.
This is not the job to collect a check for minimal effort. This is hard work with hard working people.
Junk Punks is seeking the following positions:
- Crew Navigator - In charge of calling clients, maps, communication with dispatch, general labor.
You must:
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Be ready to work with a great group of highly-motivated people
- Bring a smile to work each day
- Show up on time to work every day (no lenience)
- Be able to lift 100 lbs. with regularity for the entire shift
- Be ready to work outdoors
- Be ready to work weekend shifts
- Be experienced with safe handling of power tools (sawzall) or be willing to be trained
- Be ready to find treasure
- PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN JUNK REMOVAL PREFERRED
Pay: $18-$24/hr base pay: $16+ all tips earned (we guarantee at least $17 per hour after credit card tips) and any treasure you find! We typically average $3-4/hr in tips each crew member.
Junk Punks and its team of dedicated associates work hard, enjoy the outdoors and provide top customer service.
Position specifics:
- Each shift day begins at our trucks in 53202 to meet with the crew and get the day’s assignment. You will head to the first job site in your Junk Punks uniform.
- You will clean and dispose of all items via: donation, waste management or recycling
- Days are long, 10-12 hour days
