$17.00-$20.00 Per Hour
Monday-Friday (Occasional Weekends)
Job Summary
Blue Moon Cleaning Services, Inc. is currently searching for Full Time Cleaning/Specialty Crew personnel who will work to make sure that all buildings are neat, clean, free from clutter and safe. Duties include picking up trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom cleaning. On occasion, work with our Specialty Services Crew will be required.
This individual will assist with the maintenance/janitorial operations of individual accounts in the Milwaukee regional area. Our locations will be a mix of manufacturing, retail, educational and commercial office customers. Our cleaners are responsible for assuring success in our cleaning systems and complete customer satisfaction. Our full-time cleaners will be required to work nights and “occasional” weekends.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to take initiative and possess problem solving skills.
Excellent customer service.
Willingness to learn procedures and follow them daily.
An eye for detail, while staying within budgetary margins is essential.
Excellent attendance.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and insurability in order to operate company vehicle.
Must be self-motivated and a team player.
Proficient in smartphone technology and basic computer skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
$17.00 - $20.00 based on experience.
Monday-Friday (Occasional Rotating Saturdays)
Car allowance or company provided vehicle for right candidate.
