Looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers and CNA’s to join our team of excellence. We are a 8 bed assisted living community. We care for the frail elderly, and elderly with dementia/Alzheimer’s disease. We assist Residents daily that need, minimal supervision to total care/supervision. We accommodate and work hand in hand with hospice services and PT/OT/ST. Remember- we work in their home, they don’t live in our workplace!
Job duties include (but not limited to:)
-Toileting and changing residents per ISP
-showers and bathing residents on scheduled days
-clean and maintain cleanliness of resident’s room and common areas
-pass medications
-assist residents with meals and feed those that may need assistance
Requirements:
-must be on time
-have reliable transportation
-have a positive attitude and can work as a TEAMPLAYER
-great communication skills
-Able to take direction and instructions
-must be understanding to the generational age gap
-must be able to pass a background check
