Dietary Manager

We are a family owned 42 bed assisted living facility, and we want a dietary manager like YOU to join our team!
We are looking to add a qualified, dependable full time dietary manager to our team. Starting wage is currently $20, with opportunities to get raises and bonuses.
Job duties include:
Preparing healthy meals for our residents
Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, prep areas, and dining room
Creating monthly menus and assist with the ordering of the food
Assist with the kitchen schedule and assist with staffing needs
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
Positive attitude that is motivating to others
Willingness to help with staffing needs and scheduling the kitchen
Creativeness with menu planning
Able to maintain a clean environment
Knowledge, or willingness to learn, DHS 83 guidelines to keep the kitchen and prep areas in compliance with state guidelines
Knowledge of common diets in assisted living facilities (low sodium, diabetic, puree, etc.)
Education/Experience:
Prior Cooking experience strongly desired
Prior experience working in an assisted living facility
CBRF certifications desired, but willing to train. (Standard precautions, first aid and choking, and fire safety)
High School Diploma or GED
