West Allis Cheese & Sausage Shoppe is looking for both part and full time waitress/barista for our café located in 6832 W Becher street. Our cafe is fast pace, casual dining service, with a great working environment.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment
- Provide order tickets for kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Skills:
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
