Sous Chef, Lead Cook

This candidate will be working closely with the chef and managing partners in every food aspect of the restaurant. Technique, leadership, safety, and food handling should be at a high level. We are a small team and we rely heavily on each other. Strong team mentality and reliability is expected in this position. Your compensation will be dependent on your experience.
