In this role, you’ll:
-Set up and break down event spaces
-Assist in the kitchen with dishes and prep work
-Clear guest plates, glass ware and service items while keeping event spaces tidy
-Follow the event details explained by the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and event leaders
-Adhere to all health and safety standards and SHG training guidelines
-Work as a team, solve problems and have fun
Catering/Food Service experience is helpful. We’ll provide shirts, aprons, vests and ties – you’ll need black pants and shoes.
