Job Description: As a Baker at The Bake Sale, you will be responsible for producing scratch baked products (pies, cookies, pastries, and misc. baked treats.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Scratch baking
-Meeting daily production needs
-Developing new recipes i.e. pie of the month, cookies of the month etc.
-Keeping well organized and clean work area.
Qualifications:
- 2 years minimum experience with scratch baking.
- Ability to consistently follow exacting recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
