Position Title: Kitchen Support Staff
Schedule: - Monday – Friday: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM - Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM - Sunday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
The hours listed are simply the hours of operation we need to have support staff at this time. These hours can be filled by several people in a variety of hour combinations to fulfill. Even one day at minimal hours will be considered
Pay Range: $12.00 – $16.90 per hour (based on experience and performance)
Position Summary
The Kitchen Support Staff plays a key role in supporting daily kitchen operations by preparing, stocking, and maintaining food and beverage areas. This position ensures that grab-and-go items, hot food, beverages, and retail goods are consistently available for customers, while also keeping kitchen and customer-facing equipment clean and in good working order.
Responsibilities
· Perform general food preparation, packaging, and restocking of grab-and-go items in designated areas.
· Cook, restock, and monitor inventory levels of hot food items during assigned times.
· Restock prepackaged retail goods in designated areas.
· Replenish kitchen and customer supplies (e.g., napkins, condiments, utensils) on both the main floor and basement.
· Clean and complete minor maintenance on customer-facing equipment, including soda fountains, coffee bars, slushy machines, and similar equipment.
· Maintain cleanliness throughout the shift, including ongoing cleanup duties.
· Complete all final shift cleaning procedures before leaving.
· Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment.
Qualifications
· Prior food service, kitchen, or retail experience preferred but not required.
· Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and scheduled hours consistently.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
· Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and carry supplies during the shift.
· Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
