Blue's Egg serves breakfast and lunch everyday from 7am-2pm.
Blue's Egg looks at Modern American Brunch through the eyes of Lady Liberty, blending Old World ingredients, the vision of American immigrant cooking and the creativity of fresh concepts. At Blue's, we have high service standards, giving our guests an excellent dining experience while making FUN a priority.
We are looking for - Line cooks and Dishwashers.
Previous experience in a fast-paced and high-volume restaurant environment is highly preferred but not required. We require a 3-shift minimum and weekend availability is a must.
