Pie Inc is looking for a dedicated and experience Full-Time or Part-Time Line Cook to join our team!

We are small but growing company that includes Palomino, Honeypie Cafe, Honeypie Bakeshop and Comet Cafe. We are always looking for people who have a passion for our communities, hospitality, and food.

Experience and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate is kind, positive, and works well with others. They also believe in quality, consistency and working in a clean, organized, and inclusive environment where respect and dignity is prioritized.

- At least 1 year of cooking experience in a fast-paced, high volume, full-service restaurant


- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age


- Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude


- Strong food and beverage knowledge with the desire and ability to continually learn more


- Mandatory minimum of two shifts per week to be considered for a part time positions


- All positions require one weekend shift
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously with minimal stopping, throughout the shift including frequent bending, lifting and stooping

Responsibilities & Duties:



- Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies


- Stock inventory appropriately
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) according to recipe index


- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff


- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion


- Maintain a high level of communication, understand the verbiage for call backs of menu items, and keep lines of dialogue during service productive and related to service


- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
- Clean up station and ensure proper storage of leftover food


- Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils and store the equipment at the end of shifts


- Ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations


- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers


- Report kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.

Line Cook Wage: $18-$22 hour (including shared tips)
