Server - APPLICANTS MUST HAVE WEEKDAY AVAILABILITY
Our servers make great money and have fun. We do not overstaff shifts so you get more tables and more opportunities to make money! Position involves daytime and/or nighttime shifts. Servers must be able to provide prompt, friendly, and very knowledgable service to our guests. Applicant should have at least one year experience serving in a full-service restaurant. Applicant must be able to learn Vietnamese Cuisine to a high level or already have knowledge of the cuisine. Bartending knowledge/ability is a major plus. Applicant must be able to stand for long periods, move quickly when necessary, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Bartender
Position involves working a full-service restaurant bar. This position is required to provide bar service for seated customers as well as full food and beverage service for bar customers. Applicant should have at least two years of bartending experience with at least one year in a restaurant bar environment. Applicant should have a solid knowledge of beers, wines, and liquor used for our craft cocktail program. Applicant must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Speed and attention to detail is a must. Applicants must be able to obtain a City of Wauwatosa Bartender License. Applicants who already possess a license will be given priority.
