Cocktail Server
Five O’Clock Steakhouse is looking for a dedicated, organized COCKTAIL SERVER who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We are seeking an outgoing person to join our team for a part-time position. Our collective success depends on one another, so elevated service and proactively working as a team are our highest priorities. Responsibilities Include:
Assist Servers with Running drinks and reset cocktail tables.
Support Bartenders by restocking, washing glasses, garnish prep & cleaning.
Be knowledgeable about wine and spirits, table numbers, and restaurant flow.
Collect cocktail glasses and return to bar.
Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by fellow team members.
-Shifts (Friday & Saturday)
