City of Milwaukee Bartenders License
High Volume Cashiering
Line Cook Skills
All Beer Garden Staff Works as a Team and will be expected to do the following:
1. Tap Beer and Pour Wine
2. Grill Brats and Warm Up Pretzels
3. Collect Glassware and Wipe Tables
4. Wash and Stock Beer Steins and Glassware
6. Keep Restrooms Clean
7. Hose Down, Sweep and Rake Walkways and Seating Areas
8. Remind Visitors of Beer Garden and County Parks Rules
9. Daily Inventory
10. Anything else required to make the guest experience great.
Full Time Staff
30 to 40 Hours per Week
Part Time Staff
12 to 30 Hours Per Week
Request Off Limits - 1 Sunday Off Per Month /1 Saturday Off Per Month/ 1 Friday Off Per Month
