Department - Zoo Visitor Services Hourly Rate: $10.15 - $13.60 Job
Summary: Under the supervision of the Guest Services Supervisor, Visitor
Services Specialist Lead, and Visitor Services Specialist, the Zoo
Worker in Admissions and Experiences is responsible for engaging with
guests by greeting, assisting with ticket sales, and ensuring a positive
experience. Providing an exceptional guest experience is our top
priority. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment,
requiring strong computer and communication skills. Most shifts are
spent standing and working outdoors in admissions, parking, and various
guest experiences throughout the Zoo. Job Responsibilities: Customer
Service -The Visitor Services Department is committed to delivering an
outstanding guest experience and promoting animal conservation by
adhering to standard procedures and delivering narratives with kindness
and consistency. Cash Handling -Responsible for accurately handling
