Job Title: Test Engineer ClientLocation: Milwaukee, WIJob Type : Full time /tpc Job Description:

Develop test cases for the client requirements after analysis and decide on whether the test to be performed onsite or should be outsourced.
Perform system integration testing on 12V Li-Ion battery pack and end of line testing on the batteries before sending it for manufacturing.
Perform leak test on the battery pack to check if the packs are sturdy after environmental tests.
Analyse the data from the integration testing and check if the requirements are satisfied.
Raise issues if there is any deviation from client expectation of the product and follow up with the team to get it fixed for future release.
Report the result to the client in the form of word document with the figures from the bitrode data in graphical format.
Track the report against the test cases and requirements in JAMA.

Skill needed,

Having experience in developing Matlab models and testing. Good understanding of Power train component and their functionalities. Experience in tools like dspace, NI, LabView, ETAS INCA, Vector CANoe/ CANlyzer, Provetech,
