This role will focus on supporting Cribl, our integration tool that sends machine log data into our different data lakes.What you get to do in this role:Work with the Security Data Platform at ServiceNow which consists of Cribl and Splunk. Ensure the logging platform meets specification in terms of business requirements, application design, and infrastructure performance.Build relationships throughout the enterprise to bring internal business stakeholders and their data into the logging platform.Provide coaching and mentorship to technology teams to enable their use of the logging platform to satisfy their business goals.Share responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the logging infrastructure and configuration.Work with key stakeholders on developing automations and integrations for the logging platform.Document products and deliver demos to team members.
