Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk position in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role involves managing complex account portfolios in a fast-paced environment, developing financing relationships, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues. This position is on a short-term contract basis.Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for Receivables end-to-end with our complex account portfolios Analyze, review, and report on assigned National Portfolio across all bottling partners Manage the credit process to minimize risk at various levels including transactional, customer, bottler, distributor, and partner Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and bottling companies to ensure timely billing, collection, and payment of receivables Assist Accounts Receivable analysts with portfolio research and remittance issues affecting payments Execute daily/weekly reports in SAP to manage outstanding receivables for assigned customer portfolio Collaborate with cross-functional teams to compile outstanding issues/balances and present to the assigned customers for appropriate resolution or escalation Directly deal with retail customers for payables issues including skipped invoices, delayed payment, unauthorized deductions, delivery issues Analyze Customer/Distributor and/or Bottler receivables to identify areas for improvement to existing processes and/or systems Provide support to the System Administrator with new Customer implementations onboarding into the Consolidated Invoice Services process Requirements Proficiency in customer service Demonstrated ability in planning and organization Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) Familiarity with invoice processing Experience in payment processing Research skills Ability to handle cash activity Experience in review and audit procedures Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) Knowledge of 'About Time' software Proficient in workstation support Ability to implement strategies Experience in reconciliations Familiarity with billing procedures Experience in onboarding processes Understanding of collection processes Knowledge of credit management Experience in retail industry Ability to execute tasks efficiently Experience dealing with suppliers Ability to manage customer accounts Knowledge of financial services Proficiency in SAP ERP software Understanding of deductible and overdraft management.
