- The Project Manager is responsible to manage the Unsupported Windows Server Remediation to achieve business objectives and deliver business benefits, ensuring that risks are identified and managed appropriately during project execution and objectives are achieved within budget, within schedule and to the required quality.
- PM will be 100% on Unsupported Windows Server Remediation (USWR)
- Mitigation of versions of Windows server that are no longer supported. In addition, this project will also handle mitigation of unsupported SQL Server and Oracle database instances.
- Mitigation will include working with Business Partners to determine direction for applications utilizing unsupported environments, decommissioning of old VMs and/or hardware, migrating systems to supported versions where possible, and mitigating Citrix users to VDI
