RESPONSIBILITIES:Kfroce's client, a growing Nationwide Technology Company in Milwaukee, WI is looking for an experienced Remote Software Developer with solid React experience to join their growing engineering team. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this exclusive search assignment. The company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, annual bonus, etc. This position is 100% Remote. The Software Developer should be at ease working in an agile environment with little supervision and should embody a passion for continuous improvement and test-driven development.
If you thrive in a collaborative environment of talented, supportive, results-driven, and customer-focused teammates, this is the place for you!Responsibilities: Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies including planning, refinement, standups Work closely with product/program management, engineering leadership, QA, and design to help bring the best product experience to production Implement and develop new features and functionality in React and .NET as needed Write unit and automation tests and contribute to our CI/CD (continuous integration/continuous delivery) capabilitiesREQUIREMENTS: BS degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience 3-5+ years professional software development experience 1-3+ years of Coding proficiency in React Experience with TypeScript and C# are plusses but not required Microservices knowledge is preferred but not required Knowledgeable of best practices with React state management Experience with Jest and testing-library Familiar with Agile concepts Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Self-starter with high level of initiative Ability to pay high attention to detail, troubleshoot, and analyze Commitment to department and company goalsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
