Project Manager

Abacus Architects values creativity, technical expertise, and a collaborative spirit, making this an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional seeking to make an impact in the architectural industry.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and constraints.Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.Main point of contact for all projects, including presentations to high-level executives.Assemble project teams and assign responsibilities to team members.Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project.Wear multiple hats when managing and coordinating anywhere from three to five projects concurrently.Ensure contract documents are complete, accurate, and in compliance with applicable requirements and standardsEstablish and maintain long-term client relationships by managing expectations and concerns.Identify opportunities for additional services.Opportunity for design but not required to have design experience.
