Job Title: Lab TechnicianJob DescriptionAs a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for approving all incoming critical raw materials before their use in production, ensuring they meet quality standards. This includes retaining Certificates of Analysis (COA) and maintaining detailed records. You will test in-process materials, communicate with operators as necessary, and approve all finished products for quality and conformance to specifications before shipment. Your role also involves ensuring timely completion of customer sample requests, managing outside testing to meet defined standards, and maintaining and calibrating lab equipment. Additionally, you will stock lab supplies, create and retain production records, and retain samples of each liquid and powder batch produced. Utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) for finished product analysis and laboratory equipment calibrations will also be part of your responsibilities. You will actively participate in the Continuous Improvement Process and perform other duties as assigned.Hard Skills
