Description We are partnering with a Milwaukee manufacturing organization seeking a skilled Global Security Analyst to lead efforts in achieving NIST and CMMC 2.0 certifications. This role involves working closely with a third-party partner to guide the organization through the certification process. The ideal candidate will interface with business leaders, conduct meetings, create security policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with base salary plus bonus potential and benefits. Please apply right away to be considered!Key Responsibilities:

Lead the organization’s efforts to achieve NIST and CMMC 2.0 certifications.

Act as the primary liaison between the business and third-party partners, ensuring alignment with compliance objectives.

Conduct regular meetings with business leaders to review compliance requirements and progress.

Develop, implement, and manage security policies and procedures in alignment with NIST and CMMC 2.0 standards.

Coordinate internal and external assessments, audits, and evaluations.

Provide subject matter expertise on security controls, risk management, and compliance.

Track and report progress towards certification milestones and ensure timely completion of all requirements.

Assist in identifying gaps, mitigating risks, and resolving compliance-related issues.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in achieving or maintaining NIST and CMMC 2.0 certifications.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and security policies.

Experience working with third-party compliance partners.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with business leaders.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
