Description We are in search of a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53203, United States. This role revolves around enhancing our financial performance and direct decision-making processes. You will be working closely with various teams, building relationships, managing contracts, and providing financial analysis. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with account management and key client members. Manage all aspects of contract governance, ensuring all cost elements are accounted for. Respond promptly and accurately to client team requests. Facilitate effective communication with both internal and external customers. Conduct monthly formal Contract and Business unit reviews. Collaborate with the finance team to fulfill ad hoc information requests. Support and work closely with other functions to ensure alignment of outputs and results. Prepare accurate Business Unit reports including full Profit & Loss account with analysis and commentary. Provide best-in-class Management Information to both Client and management. Continually review, maintain and improve cash-flow, margins and reporting. Identify and help drive implementation of savings opportunities to ensure financial savings targets are optimized. Actively manage overheads for business while seeking out areas for efficiencies for savings. Identify, analyze and resolve potential business risks, as well as opportunities and solutions to enhance business performance. Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to consistently throughout the Business Unit. Monitor the integrity of data in Client reporting and systems. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager role or similar. Proficiency in financial software such as 3M, Adaptive Insights, CapEx, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and ERP Solutions. Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions, budget processes, and capital management. Proven ability to work effectively with C-Suite level executives. Strong finance and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale financial planning and analysis projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA is beneficial. Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Solid understanding of financial set-up, procedures, statistics and economics. Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels. Adaptable to change and able to multitask effectively. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and other financial planning software. Demonstrated ethical behavior, professionalism, interpersonal skills, and communication skills. Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
