Job Title: Field Service TechnicianOverviewTraveling to customer locations to oversee and assist with installation, start-up, and service processes to ensure safe and accurate installation and operation of all VRC equipment on time and in accordance with company procedures and policies and customer requirements. Skills & Qualifications

Ability to enter VFD parameters for setup

Requires the ability to enter parameters for VFD set up, and troubleshoot the cause beyond just reporting a fault code.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, including identifying voltage.

Advanced troubleshooting skills beyond fault code reporting

Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical schematics

Experience with installation, start-up, service, and repair of VRC equipment

Strong customer relationship management

Effective communication

Problem-solving

Attention to detail

Work EnvironmentOn the road to troubleshoot and provide maintenance/repairs at customer facilities. The employee works both indoors and outdoors in office, production, and customer field environments.
