This position will help execute on the strategy of Cornerstone’s Sales Effectiveness programs. The purpose of this role is to provide programmatic support to drive a consistent sales process, training, and tools.The core focus of this position is improving sales productivity to support CSOD sales growth. This position is responsible for specialized training for the needs of Global Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success. Training will be focused on product education, deal strategy, sales standards, and sales tools. This position will work closely with the entire Strategy and Sales Enablement Global Team and will partner with other Program Managers to design and deliver field content. Additional responsibilities include leveraging field resources in a train-the-trainer approach to help with ILT and virtual facilitation.In this role you willCreate and launch enablement training programs for the Sales and Customer Success organizations
Deliver live training through both virtual and in person venues
Facilitate focus sessions and office hours educational sessions that are focused on product education
Manage Sales Effectiveness content and program ownership
Conduct needs analysis and evaluate existing program effectiveness. Be prepared to make recommendations for improvement
Develop ROI analysis for training programs; provide insights on trends and improvement areas
Partner with Sales leaders and Sales Effectiveness team to strategize, develop, and advance revenue acceleration and customer retention
Drive operational efficiency through identifying and executing areas that we can remove obstacles, or create improved approaches to the business through learning objectives and programs
Collaborate cross functionally (with Product, Product Marketing, Content, Talent, and CSOD U teams) to align strategies and create joint action plans where applicable.

You’ve got what it takes if youHave a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, L&D or related experience
Have experience with EdCast for Cornerstone solutions
Have 5-7 years enablement, instructional design, training facilitation, or sales support responsibility
Have a strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training
Are an excellent team player who can work with virtual and global team members
Are able to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
Have creative problem-solving skills, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Have a self-starter work ethic
Are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Have experience using CRM tools and comfort with salesforce.com
Are fluent in English
Are able to travel up to 15% within North America
