This role is fully remote and may run between 6-8 months, but could get extended.Our client is a global leader in thermal management and HVAC solutions, serving industries from automotive to commercial HVAC.The ideal candidate will:have strong stakeholder management skillsbe consultativesupport teams that are CSThave recruited for positions in manufacturing such as EHS Leaders, Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Quality Managers, Materials & Supply Chain, Production Supervisors, Quality EngineersResponsibilities include:Source and recruit top talent for various manufacturing, production, & operations positions across multiple industriesDevelop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidatesConduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fitCollaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to streamline the hiring process.Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
