- Manage content standards, guidelines, and necessary training for the Technical Writing / Knowledge Management team.
- Manage content translation processes.
- Manage the Technical Writing / Knowledge Team to meet their goals, deliver exceptional content, and meet both business customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement with content and self-service capabilities.
- Play a key role in defining the content roadmap to support the future of high-quality content for the organization.
- Position requires 100% in office.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs
