Job Description
Position SummaryThis commercial leader is responsible for driving revenue growth and increased market share for Zurn’s hygienic products and solutions within the Alternate & Jan-San channel. Primary focus will be on establishing new Jan-San customer relationships across Jan-San Distributors, Service Provides, and OEMs in partnership with Manufacturers’ Sales Reps. This leader will develop and implement sales and marketing objectives, strategies, processes, and programs for the Jan-San channel to enable Zurn product distribution. This high visibility commercial role will leverage key cross-functional partnership with Zurn’s commercial, marketing, finance, and operations teams to effectively drive new business growth with Jan-San.
ResponsibilitiesCreate demand and sales through Jan-San channel (distributors, manufacturer’s sales agencies, OEM’s, and service providers) for Zurn hygienic products.
Develop salient customer value propositions, programs, and processes that expedite market share expansion for hygienic products by leveraging Jan-San customer and industry insights.
Cultivate and manage strategic customer relationships with Jan-San partners, customers, and industry.
Build and manage an ambitious Jan-San sales funnel, leveraging CRM for account management and forecasting.
Provide qualitative voice-of-customer (VOC) insights to Zurn organization regarding customer purchase cycles, product placement requirements, Jan-San industry, competitive products / activity, and pricing.
Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities that result in increased ease of doing business, improved customer satisfaction, and reduced operational costs.

Qualifications
Experience and Skill RequiredBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent industry experience required; Advanced degree a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience; At least 5 years business development / account management experience within Jan-San channel.
Knowledge of manufacturing sales through Jan-San distribution and rep agencies, and their related materials purchasing pathways is essential.
Strong business acumen – detail oriented, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Entrepreneurial leadership, creativity, courage, and resiliency.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% (post pandemic)
