What You Will DoAs the Associate Experience Advisor, you will provide support to community leaders by implementing standardized processes related to associate recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement and recognition to ensure a positive associate experience.Collaborates with Human Resources (HR) to assist community leaders and associates in navigating various HR systems and services.
Supports administrative processes for position management requests.
Supports new hire onboarding process that includes collecting new hire paperwork, facilitation of orientation, provisioning and training.
Maintains up to date associate files and tracks orientation, education and licensure compliance.
What You Will NeedEducation:High school diploma or GED required.
