Contact prospective companies to determine client needs, identify decision makers, set appointments, and close sales.

Contact current and prospective clients to market additional healthcare services.

Work cooperatively with provider personnel to expedite service delivery and ensure appropriate billing for services. Recommend and assist with the development of new or improved services.

Monitor and report competitor activity including products/services offered, pricing and delivery networks. Assists with the development of promotional materials.

Communicate knowledge to patients, customers, caregivers, referral sources and/or co-workers via telephone and direct contact.

Organize variety of home health skills available or needed by patient populations and/or medical equipment across all products and service lines.

RequirementsEducation:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences NOT a sales position - client relationship role - responsibilities below Establish and demonstrate expertise in overseeing and retaining key employer clientrelationships meeting established expectations and retention metrics. Demonstrate expertise and document national and market direct to employer programtrends including service additions, pricing models, competitor activity, delivery networksand updated semi-annually. Assists with the development of promotional materials. Coordinate key employer client marketing activities, regular communications, and ensurestandard service and tools for all clients. Oversee new client set up and implementation in partnership with AWES operations. Build and nurture relationships with assigned clients by meeting the expectations set forconsistent, frequent communications. Successfully meet the established expectations and metrics for upselling or cross-selling newAWES or AW services to established clients. Manage key employer client contracts, including expiration dates, fees and facilitate therenewal process. Recommend new strategies to ensure client retention and satisfaction. Compile, create, analyze, and format monthly, quarterly and other periodic reports foremployer clients. Establish collaborative relationships and work cooperatively with provider/operationspersonnel to expedite service delivery, appropriate billing for services and address andresolve client concerns promptly.
