Swim School Manager

Premier established Swim School opening in Cudahy! Be a part of something special. British Swim School has been saving lives for over 40 years and have been in SE Wisconsin since 2017. We are looking for someone to help us grow our Cudahy pool to the same size and scope (or better) as our Delafield location that currently has more than 800 active enrollments. We need fun, engaged, conscientious people to help bring our quality program to the Cudahy and surrounding communities. This person would help coordinate all things for the swim school, from assisting with hiring, training, staffing, enrollments, and day-to-day operations to actually teaching lessons a % of time. This is a working manager position. If you love kids and love the water, this job is for you! The qualified candidate must have a background in coordinating and leading a small to mid-size operation, similar to a day care for example. Experience as an Office Manager could be a nice fit for the right person. The ability to handle multiple priorities, be available when needed, build trust with your team and families, and be accountable to the operation's success are the most important skills required. Any swimming experience is a huge plus. This is currently a Part-Time role as we grow the enrollment, but anticipate it going to full-time soon.
