Responsibilities:
-Supervise sales team
-Resolve escalated customer complaints
-Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
-Coordinate installations with Production Manager
-Overall supervision of the branch
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in sales and management (preferably in the home improvement industry)
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong leadership qualities
