Job Responsibilities
-Participate in daily operations tasks
-Ensure team is executing processes and procedures properly
-Develop new processes to improve operational efficiency
-Create tools to measure customer satisfaction and drive repeat visits
-Compile reports to measure results
-Document new policies, procedures and training documents
-Manage long term projects
