All-Star Client Success Manager / Project Mgr for Remote SEO Agency

We run a fully remote SEO agency (linkflow.ai) and are looking for a rockstar Client Success Manager/Project Manager hybrid to be the liaison between clients and our SEO team, handle invoicing, and just be a general bada within the company!

We are an exciting, fast growing company with ample opportunity for growth and long-term compensation potential for someone who's great at the role and a good fit with our culture (fun, driven, entrepreneurial).

We're looking for someone who considers themselves within the top 1% in terms of responsiveness, attention to detail, and proactivity. We want someone with a perfectionist’s mindset, and the ability to build and maintain great relationships with enterprise clients. Friendly attitude is also a must!

This is a fully remote part-time role and will start out at around 10-15 hours per week, with the potential for more hours as we grow.

We are fun, nice people, but some caveats based on prior learnings/failed hires:

Do not apply if you are just looking for something temporary while looking for a full time position. We want someone who ACTIVELY wants something part time for the LONG TERM. This is extremely important. Also, please do not apply if you already have a FT position and are just trying to get a few extra hours on the side. We need someone who is HIGHLY available and responsive, and in the past this hasn’t worked.

Prior to an interview, selected candidates will be required to send a short video introducing yourself and letting us know why you think you’d be a good fit for this role, as well as a written assessment.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as main point person for all client communications and collaborate with SEO team as needed

- Schedule and attend all client calls; send follow-up emails and track notes in Pipedrive CRM

- Send clients SOWs and invoices

- Send clients monthly link report

- Track client payments monthly and send follow-ups for late payments

- Keep SEO team on track with client deliverables and quarterly reporting

- Attend SEO team meeting weekly

- Update Client List with new clients, churned clients, payments, dates of reporting, link ops ordering plan, etc.

- Ensure new prospects provide all required information before beginning engagement

- Create client onboarding template in ClickUp to lay out process and assign tasks to SEO

Expectations:

- Be active on our Slack channel and fairly responsive - doesn’t have to be immediate, but ideally you can reply within a couple of hours.

- Join us on a regularly scheduled weekly 1-hour team meeting

- Hours don’t have to be strictly within 9-5, but availability during the normal working hours in a US-based timezone is ideal so you can attend client and team meetings.

- Be professional and kick ass at your job (No scrubs!)

Skills/Experience we’re looking for:

- Ideally at least 1 year of experience in a client management role and 3 years of work experience in an office environment

- Someone who truly loves working with people and values developing long-term relationships with clients

- Friendly and professional when speaking to clients

- Gets things done on time (if you say X will be good to go on Thursday, it gets done by Thursday)

- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail, you spot the mistake and correct it yourself before we can spot it

- We use Pipedrive CRM, ClickUp for project management and Google docs and sheets, so it’s a bonus if you have experience with any of these tools, but we will train you

- Highly responsive and even over-communicative on slack

- Perfectionist mindset. The thought of letting something slip through the cracks, being 5 minutes late to a meeting, or letting a poorly written email go out to a client is impossible to you.

- Available to make meetings that pop up during the week Availability is key!

- Think proactively to improve processes

- Ability to talk intelligently and convincingly in front of clients

- Intrinsically motivated; always looking to learn and improve your skills

- Friendly and fun to work with

- Roll up your sleeves and dig in mentality

Pay:

- $35/hr to start with potential to increase based on good performance

- Client retention bonus on top of base hourly pay
